Product Page: Getting variant ID in URL

Hello,

Is there any option that we can get the product variant ID in the URL? Also, when selecting any option from the form on product page the variant ID should be in product URL?

Just like Shopify do? It’s required for Google Shopping Ads.

Sorry but the URLs are controlled by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence.
