I have checked your video, and it seems like the star icon briefly appears larger before resizing correctly.
Sometimes, cached styles cause this. Try to clear the site cache/browser cache and check the issue.
Try Enabling a preloader, it could help hide the initial glitch by ensuring that all styles and assets load before displaying the page.
If the issue remains, deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you. Also, switch the child to the parent theme.
