joywithjoParticipantHi,
I cannot seem to get my product page to look like the one in your demo.On my product page, the “Add to Cart” button is on the next line, below the quantity selector. Yours is right beside it.
On my product page, the “Add to Wishlist” and “Compare” is not below the “Add to Cart” button.
Could you advise how do I fix this? I want it to look like yours.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I will be able to check as soon as you deactivate the plugins and provide your site admin access.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, update the theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins deactivated for us to check
Best Regards

joywithjoParticipantHi Elise,
I have deactivated most of the plugins which I believe is not related to your theme. There are some that are Woocommerce related, which I think is required, otherwise Woocommerce might not work? Honestly I am not really sure which plugins are required by your theme. You have access to our admin area, so if you see something that’s not related please feel free to deactivate it.
I have also updated the theme.
The problem still exists.

joywithjoParticipantHi Elise,
I have deactivated all the Woocommerce payment plugins, including Stripe and it doesn’t resolve the issue completely. Now the “Add to Wishlist” link seems to have gone up and is now located beside the “Add to Cart” button.
I also contacted Woocommerce support and they said that if the issue does not happen with Storefront, then it is a theme related issue and not a plugin issue.
Please see screenshots attached. Please help, thank you.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
As soon as you have deactivated the plugins all the buttons occurred in their places where they should http://prntscr.com/onv071 here is our demo http://prntscr.com/onv0xc Compare button would not be aligned with Add to cart button.
Now activate them one by one, checking the issue to discover which one influence.
Best Regards

joywithjoParticipantHi Elise,
The position of the buttons on my website is wrong. It is NOT the same as your demo, even after deactivating all the extensions.
I have put the image side by side so it’s easier to see. Pls see attached.
1) The quantity selector and the “Add to Cart” button is in the correct position. No issues there.
However,
2) The “Add to Wishlist” link is in the wrong position. It should be right below the <hr> line separator, just like in your demo.
3) The “Compare” link is in the wrong position. It should be right below the “Add to Wishlist” link, just like in your demo. What I’m trying to say is, I would like our product page to look exactly like yours. I’ve wasted a lot of time trying to find out what the problem is so I hope you could provide some support here.
Thank you.

joywithjoParticipantIn addition, it looks like the footer has gone haywire as well. Very disappointed to see this, as I don’t understand what has gone wrong and I’m wasting time trying to figure things out.

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHello,
Sorry for the misunderstanding, but seems you are checking another type of product layout on our demo site. You are providing screenshots of the variable product on our demo site, but for now, you are using simple product type on your site and it looking correct.
Here is a simple product on your site http://prntscr.com/oo7oqe
Simple product on our demo http://prntscr.com/oo7p5f (https://demo.xtemos.com/basel/shop/accessories/black-umbrella-in-handle/)You can add the following CSS code snippet to your site Theme Settings General Custom CSS area to make your simple product looking more like the variable product layout.
.single-product-page.product-type-simple .cart { display: block; padding-bottom: 25px; border-bottom: 1px solid rgba(119,119,119,.17); } body .single-product-content .product_meta { border: none; padding-top: 0; }
Your site footer working correct but seems you need to add widgets to empty columns (http://prntscr.com/oo7t6n) or change site footer layout in the theme settings (http://prntscr.com/oo7s1c).
Regards
