ntuladharParticipantHello Xtemos Support Team,
I’m experiencing an issue on the product page with variation swatches. Some swatches are displaying correctly as images, while others are showing as letters/text instead.
Could you please let me know how to fix this so all swatches display consistently as images?
I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.
Thank you for your help, and please let me know if you need any additional details from my end.
Best regards,
NirajanAttachments:

January 30, 2026 at 10:36 am #706670Hello,
Enable the “Text swatch” for the attributes: https://postimg.cc/H8dXSFHw where the images are not showing, I have enabled it in the “Artichoke” attribute and the variation image showing fine in this attribute on “ZUZUMO:MO- Women’s high-waisted t-shirt” product.

You have not disabled the text swatch option for the attribute terms. Please navigate to Products > Attributes > Configure terms for the Color attribute, edit the desired term, and disable the Text Swatch option.
Please check these steps on how the variation images work:
Enable the “Use images from product variations” in Theme Settings > Shop > Variable products: https://postimg.cc/4K0cgmGy
Define the image for the variation in the settings of the product: https://postimg.cc/phYnnkj7
Enable the “Text swatch” for the attributes: https://postimg.cc/H8dXSFHw
Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Variable products > set them as “Grid swatch attribute to display”: https://postimg.cc/FfxThbRd
When this option is enabled, the swatches will automatically use the images assigned to product variations.

ntuladharParticipantThank you for getting back. I’ve provided an example for a product links where swatches are working as designed vs where it is not working as designed.
Not working for this product:

Your issue has been resolved. I have increased the AJAX variation threshold value under Theme Settings > Shop > Variable products, check back your site and check the issue.

ntuladharParticipantThis is awesome, Thank you,
Is there a way to remove the side navigation bars just one main page landing such has Women’s or Men’s or Accessories?
for example on this page: https://bellymonk.com/product-category/womens/but I still would love to have the side navigation bar under category page such as Women’s Tee/ or Men’s Tee
for example: https://bellymonk.com/product-category/womens/womens-tee/April 23, 2026 at 12:23 pm #716763Hello,
Try to use the theme preset feature of our theme for a specific condition (Term ID) for a specific category and disable it from the theme settings.
Here is our documentation on how to use theme presets: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-settings-presets/
Best Regards
