Product page thumbs and header layout

Hi,
I have 2 problems:

1 – suddenly, for some reason, the product page didn’t show product thumbnails at bottom or side of the main pic. I tried everything on Product page settings but nothing seems to work and I didn’t change anything before beside migrating from local wamp to local bitnami installation for speed issues; everything works perfectly.
I can just drag the main picture left and it let me see the next pic.

2 – I chose E-commerce header layout to show up the cart, but I would like the logo to be on left of the page and the menu centered. As of now I have the opposite situation.

Could you help please?
