Product page VC elements not in Description tab

Hi, How can we adjust the single product page to have the VC elements go below the product and not in the description tab?

Not the best solution as requires the client to remember to add a class or id to the Visual Composer row.

We added a div at the end of the single-product.php and a class to the row of the visual composer to be moved outside the tabs and javascript to appendTo the new div below.

To change Visual Composer content position on the product page you will need to perform additional code customization for PHP files. Such customizations are not included in theme support according to Envato Support Policy. Your JS solution will work correct, but better to hire a developer to customize your web-site properly.

Yes modified the files with php, thanks, after we realised that adding a class was too much for the client. Seem to be doing a lot of that recently.

Probably a feature request for your future customers then, because Visual Composer for the description is not that useful, as description is a tab pane and VC is really a page builder.

It might be beyond the scope, but if you are the developer it is easier for you as you know the code inside out to give php hints on how to make your theme better.

We really want to apologize and if you want we can do this simple customization for you for free. Just provide us your FTP access and show on the screenshot where do you want to show your products description created with Visual Compsoer on the single product page. And please set up child theme firstly to prevent loosing changes after theme update.

And thanks for the offer to do this, but we fixed it for our use. However, as I mentioned I think others would benefit from being able to add content to the product page and not just the description tab so perhaps you can do this fix as a general fix for your theme.

It is not for product description as you say “show on the screenshot where do you want to show your products description created with Visual Compsoer” but to use VC to add other content to below the product.

At the moment VC only adds extra content to the description tab. When the client started to use VC on the product page they were surprised the new content was only in the description tab, not in the page above the footer or related products.
