    For some reason the different unit of measure I have declared inside the item is not showing up at all.

    Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

    This is Woocommerce functionality and the WoodMart theme does not influence it.
