Product reviews stars

Hello,
Just wondering why it shows a product has reviews on the grid but when you go inside the product, it doesn’t have. It doesn’t do this for all products but for some.

Check screenshot and then go to this link where you’ll see there’s no reviews.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please try recreating the product that is having the issue then clear cache and check back. If the problem continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
