For the filters issue. Please Go to WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools and regenerate product lookup tables.

for the store page (shop page) if the color filter is available in a row , the rest product in will be not organized.
can we make it to affect the complete row , thus products will come all in one linethe bellow screenshot illustrate what I mean

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then check back.
If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

I have logged into your website and Most of the third-party plugins are still activated.
Please deactivate all the third-party plugins and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
