Product tabs issue with product hover

Hi there,

On some products, on hover, either a piece of code or just text pops up (see the first picture), while on others nothing pops up (see the second picture).

I use products style – Show summary on hover.

I need this text or code not to be displayed. Is it possible to disable it?

You are trying to use WP bakery page builder in the short description. Woocommerce does not support that, replace the short description with plain text.

I did not fill out the short description field. It takes text from the product description.

And I don’t need this text at all no code no plain text.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I only saw this problem on the home page in the “UNSERE PRODUKTE” section in the NEUHEITEN tab on the second slide.

In the picture, I have highlighted 4 products on which this problem is 100% displayed.

I did not notice this problem on the categories and on the shop page.

I see you have 50 plugins and I cannot deactivate them on the live site. Could you move your site for a staging platform where I can check the problem without the child theme and plugins?

You have enabled “Excerpt” in the Hover content http://prntscr.com/vgregl

In this case, if the short description is the empty part of the main description is taken. Add short description without WP bakery page builder.

I switched Hover content to none and all works fine.
