Also, make sure that all products that you want to set as Linked products are a simple products.

Okay, then in your case, all products should be as a variable, you have 2 attributes- Color and Age, Color should not be used to generate variation – https://monosnap.com/file/rVtmzE6Qo8ypT3xvrisnFa3VDUpFdA and the variations must be created for Age then it will work.
