Product variation frozen page

Hello, there I have downloaded your theme and all the necessary plugins. I have followed all the instructions on your page however, I have two main problems. I added product variation images to all products and also to the main gallery. however, when you go on to the page to select one color the page freezes and is unable to be used. The color swatches also change to text boxes. Please help me as this is a clients page that needs to be finished on a deadline. Thank you.

Please make sure you have created all the attributes and attributes items in Latin letters. They should be only in Latin.

If you have created properly, and still have the problem, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area we shall check.
