Product Variation shown as Single product not showing Variation Picture/Descr

Hey,
I’m showing my product variations as single product, however, when i click on the product variation from either ‘Shop’ or ‘Home Page’ the product shown is not the Variation one but the ”Default one”.
The description is not shown and picture is from the image on the right when you edit the product.

How can i make sure when user clicks on the product variation from the Home page that it drives them to that variation??
