Do we have any setting available to show product variation like this, rather than drop-down format?

Hello,

You need to enable the Text swatch option for terms https://prnt.sc/XpZFG2xqUay8 from Products > Attributes.

There is no Text Swatch option available in settings.

Hello,

Navigate to Products > Attributes > Edit any attribute > Configure term value > edit any value and choose the swatch.
