Hello, we are trying to use the “Product Video Plugin – WooCommerce” plugin to add product videos to our product gallery. This plugin appears to be able to do the trick based on videos and the documentation provided by the developer. But once we activate the plugin on our website all images on the product pages are removed from the “product gallery” area and are enlarged to where you cannot view it on the screen. Please see the attached image. What could possibly be causing this? This happens the moment the plugin is activated without even adding any videos. And also. When a video is added it removes all other product gallery thumbnails and you can only view product images if you click on the features image. Is this plugin simply not compatible with this theme or is there a way around this?
