zoom to strong & removing excess space

Something happened today and the zoom tool started zooming in too much on a product image, like a microscope. Few days ago it was normal. What could be the problem? Attached url in private area.

Also, how to move this part down there so that there is no white space – http://prntscr.com/jg1gaf

I have checked the provided link seems you switched zoom off. Now zoom now. If you have installed and activated any plugins deactivate and check the problem.

As for the screen. You can hide this information via Custom CSS and add it manually in full description field.
