How and where can I convert a products archive layout into my store page? I can’t find where it is associated

First, make sure that the default Shop page is defined for WooCommerce, and then the Archive layouts should be enabled automatically.

I have a products archive layout called “tienda 1.1” . On the other hand, I have a page called “tienda”(The latter is the one associated with WooCommerce settings such as shop). How can I convert this “tienda 1.1” layout to my website page, or how can I relate this “tienda 1.1” layout to my “tienda” page?

You need just enable the Layout here: https://prnt.sc/q3WER7zNGiU7 so the Layout should override the default template.
