    Hello,

We have a problem with the way products are displayed on the web on a desktop computer.

As you can see in the attached image, it shows 4 products in the first row and 2 in the second row, instead of showing 4 and 4.

How do we solve this visual problem?

Also, how can we show products, new, featured or top sales? How are the products displayed in these sections?

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.

I am checking your shop page now and the products are displayed correctly:

Please provide the page URL with the problem and site admin access into the private area if the problem persists.

    Best Regards

No, the products are not displayed correctly. The page is megatica.es.

The rows do not appear complete, 4 products appear and just below 2 instead of 4 and 4. If you move to the right so that more appear, 4 and 3 appear but never 4 and 4.

Apart from this, how can I control the products that appear in “New”, “Featured” and “Top sales”.

    Hello,

This poroblem is caused by out of stock products and this option enabled: https://take.ms/fQEAb

WoodMart does not influence or cause the problem, if you switch to the default theme (Storefront, for example) and check a category page or shop page you would see the same.

Most likely the importer that imported products rendered the out of stock products incorrectly.

    Best Regards

P.S. In order to solve the issue, make the product in stock, save, then make out-stock and save, and it would be displayed correctly.

    Best Regards
