Is there a reason why we can only have 2, 3, 4, or 6 columns in shop? Why can’t we have 5? Is there a way to make it be 5? Thanks!

Thank you for your question.

The reason why we have 2,3,4 and 6 columns is in bootstrap grid http://getbootstrap.com/css/#grid. As you may see in their documentation there is no 5 columns grid as well as in the Visual Composer functionality.

If you anyway need 5 columns for your shop page we can try to help you with this small customization. Please set up chil theme and provide your FTP access to the site.
