products disappear from cart while shopping

Hello,

I have a problem with products disappearing from the cart while shopping.
We have a shop where very much customers are buying more than 15 different products in one order.
I have had complaints from customers about these disappearing products, so I am testing with an order of 20 products and I already have switched the caching off, turned the child theme off.
But still after some products the first ones are deleted from the cart spontaneously.
And it’s not always the same product that is disappeared, very strange….

When I switch to Storefront theme this problem is gone.

I have a staging environment available to see the problem.

Can you please help me solve this?

Please disable all plugins except these ones:

Elementor or WPBackary
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent theme

Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I tested it like you described.
With the plugins you told me and with the following ones switched on, the problem occurs:
– SOFT79 Vervaldatums for WooCommerce PRO
– WooCommerce Tiered Price Table (Premium)

But when I switch to Storefront the problem is gone.
So there is something in Woodmart that doesn’t work together with these plugins.

Can you please take a look at it? I don’t want to use Storefront as my main theme 😉

Then clear the cache and check how it works.

Unfortunately it still happens.
Of course I now see the add to cart bar (https://prnt.sc/H8ZUo_yupzjq), I also saw this occasionally (instead of the cart slider) when AJAX was still enabled….
