Products dissapearing

    Another bug discovered:
    Products exist and are published, but they do not appear in categories nor tags, even with cache disabled.
    They appear in wp-admin product list and by direct URL. Ran a test without plugins, didn“t work. Ran another test with 2025 theme, products appeared again.
    This confirms a theme-level product visibility / query issue, not cache.
    Please check product visibility filters and archive queries.

    Some products are not showing on categories nor tags… The link I provided is one of the products that arenĀ“t apearing… You can only access that product by direct url, that product should appear under this tag –> https://amapoliajoyeria.com/atributo/the-old-money/ and under this category –> https://amapoliajoyeria.com/anillos/ but has dissapeared from both and is not the only product with problem… is just one example, plugin deactivation didnĀ“t fix the problem but when switching themes the products appeared again

    Yes, go ahead… CDN is also deactivated now… We are waiting just for the bug to be solved to go live with the website

    Hi, thanks, this fixes it and it“s not a bug. However I want to:
    – Hide parent products when the atribute is color – WanĀ“t to see listings with different color products but hide the pared which usually will show as a repeated color
    – Show parent product when the atributo is size – This is the case where the product is dissapearing, I donĀ“t want the same product 4 times, for each size… but I wanĀ“t a single one representing all sizes but not dissapearing from the listings…

    How to do that?

    Hello,

    The theme doesn’t have this built-in per-attribute control; it only has the global ā€œShow single variationā€ and ā€œHide variation parentā€ options. So, to achieve this, there is no option in theme settings to control the variation per attribute. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
