products grid/ caroussel not working

Dear team from Xtemos,
Im facing an issue with the products grid vc element
whether as grid nor as slider is going. No products appear – as soon as I select a category or brand term to load.
If it snot theme related issue, Im afraid its related to WPML, but I dont know how to figure out.

Could you please check how it works with default WooCommerce products elements? Do they display any products? Or it happens with our theme only?

the woocommerce elemts do display products! But the restriction to a category or taxonomy wont work either.
So I pressume its a wpml issue.
