Products Grid not working properly

Hi, I cannot input manually the products to the grid. The input window does not appear.

My setup:
Wordpress 5.9.3.
Woodmart Core: 1.0.29
Elementor Pro: 3.6.5
WooCommerce 6.3.1.

In order to precise my problem: I select “Data source” as “List of ID’s” and there is no field to input these ID’s.

Moreover, in the existing product grids set up earlier, the inout field also does not appear.

When I select WOOCOMMERCE element “Products”, I can add manually products ID’s, but only 4 are being displayed and it is not possible to add product categories to the grid.

Hi, thank you. I am sending credentials as requested. Btw. the site is generally loading very slowly (above 2,5s by average). Our DevOps tema says it is due to the amount requests (above 700) generated each time when loading any page by WordPress and especially WooCommerce. See the attachment.
Can you also take look at this?

Please make the full backup of your site and update the theme and all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.

Then update all the plugins. Let us know if the problem presists.

I have updated all plugins, but I when updating the Woodmart theme I am getting the following message:

PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme and try again.

Done, I have also upgraded the theme.

Please do not implement any such modification as you did last time. It is destroying the whole set up!!

Please make the full backup of your site and upload the theme in Appearance > Themes > Add new > Upload.

Then activate the license again and then the theme would be updated as it should.
