Navigate to Pages > Edit Page with page builder which you are using > Edit Products Grid or Carousel widget and in the style tab choose the layout “Grid”.

Hello,

You cannot do it with the carousel widget. Try to use the Ajax Products Tabs widget and select the layout grid and it is the same as the carousel widget.
