Products grid wpbakery

Hello,
i’m trying to add a product grid with or without tabs in homepage with wpbakery.
i add it and when i press save settings the page loads and the products grid disapears.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

if you choose another option in product sourse from All Products to something else like Featured products the element desapears!
