products not added to cart

Hi,
since yesterday when I click to “add to cart” the shopping cart which appears at the right side is empty. How can I remove this “popup”. The customers have no chance to get to the “correct” cart.
I attached an image. You can see at the icon there are a lot of products in the cart but the pop up at the right side is empty.

Hello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area we shall check and suggest.
