    Hello again,

    when I in Theme Settings -> Shop -> Products grid I select 3 columns or 2, nothing happens. Standard fixed visualization is 4 columns. Plus, on the front-end the user cannot change this via the small icons above products.

    Hi,

    Can you please disable additional plugins and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can see what is wrong?

    Hi,

    I deactivated “WooCommerce Extra Product Sorting Options” and now it obviously works!
