PRODUCTS SLIDER

The products slider works only if we choose “All products”, for other options (featured products ..) the slider disappear.
Please How can we fix this issue ?

I set a category, which has more than 15 products https://gyazo.com/6a5c18fd1544e0c9416672e6ee14590b and it works. Please clarify the issue, deactivate all the plugin not related to the theme and check if the problem remains.
