Promo banner – button appearing but not clicking

We have added the url under details but the banner nor the button have any links – we have also checked view source and nothing is there?

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and woodmart core plugin. Then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
