Promo pop-up

Hi dear! It seems that something strange is going on. I am trying to disappear promo pop-up. Even I deleted HTML pop-up blocks but nothing happened. I still can see pop-up of the theme. And the first question is how to disappear it?

Another pop-up is in the footer. I can not dissapear it too. Please, provide how to do it.

Oh, the second problem was solved! It was just “Store Notice”.

With promo pop-up I still need help.

Please Go to Theme Settings >> General >> Promo Popup and Disable it.

This is the most obvious solution. But it doesn’t work. Right now pop-up is disabled but it appears!

There was an active preset that causing the issue. I have set its settings to inherit for the Promo popup and the issue was fixed.
