Promo pop up

I have edited existing promo pop up of woodmart [html_block id="212"]. When I enable to show it in website, it is not working. Could you please check once?

Also, when the user enters the website, popup should visible. Then he can close the popup. If the user wants to see the content mentioned in the pop up again in the same session, is there any option to show the pop up if he refreshes the session.

Please help me out, I need the solution ASAP.

The Promo popup appears once when the user enters the site for the first time and it does not appear again not to be annoying.

If you want a button or link calling a popup, you can create HTML block or add the popup directly to the content as described in this manual: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/

Both Elementor and WP Bakery page builders have the popup widget in the chart.
