I want to do the popup after the scroll of the scroll. However, even though I drop it to the lowest level, it does not apply.

That is, the pop-up window is not triggered by the scroll. What is the reason for it?

Try to open your website in a Private window to be sure that you didn’t close it before since it is shown only once.

The pop-up window is active as seen in the pictures. I tried different settings but it did not work. I tried by canceling the Cahe extension. But it did not work again.

Did you check it in the private window? It works correctly for us.
