promor banner picture issue

Hello,
When I insert an image in the promo banner, the image fits directly the whole page width whatever its original size. Changing the image dimension from settings box has no effect. I have the latest version of theme and core.

The image would fit directly the size of the Promo banner. You can decrease the size dividing the row into several columns and make the Poromo banner narrower.

Please provide the page URL with the Promo banner I will check. Please provide the site admin access as well.

As for the icons, enable “Always use” in the Theme Settings > Performance > CSS

Regarding the products: check and disable the Masonry grid in the Theme Settings > Shop > Product Style.

If it does not help, disable the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue.

Icons are working fine now.
Products : masonry grid is not activated. I have many plugins installed, but none are likely to interfer with product style. Your help is welcome.

I installed a demobanner on the bottom of homepage just for your tests.
Please help with product layout issue on category pages :
I xould like to show 5 products per line, but only 4 and 6 are working. Can you please check ?
On attached image, how can I remove the section 1, and (2) the 3 points so that the whole short description shows on hover ?

Image take 100% width of the banner.

You see when I set columns of the equal size, the banners became also equal. The problem is the these two images are not proportional. Now you can put two equal images to check.

This feature doesn’t seem to be available on shop and category pages. We can only set the product row from Theme Settings menu.

You need to create an HTML block and this option is available in HTML, insert the banner and the HTML block. You will be able to set five columns in the HTML block.

Then you insert HTML into a category https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/

or You can set “Custom content” in the “Shop filters content-type” and then add widgets into the Theme Settings > Shop > http://prntscr.com/qpf21y

Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop > Product grid > set 5 in the Product columns, maker sure the number of products per page is equal or more than 5.
