Propo popup on mobile devices

    Hello,

    I tried to activate promo popup on mobile devices from theme options but nothing happens.
    The option is saved but the popup is not shown. How can this be fixed?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    Turns out one of the plugins was conflicting. Topic ca now be closed.
