Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme and check.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

btw I changed to another theme and the menu pulldown is working as a test.

Most likely the issue comes from the plugin or third-party code so please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. I will do my best to help you!

Hi without deactivating any plugins switching to the default theme the menu works. So the issue is with woodmart itself.

So I need to know if I switch to the default theme without deactivating
Anything and the menu works can you fix this as it is a new issue.
