Please make sure that you are using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins, If no then please update and recheck and if yes then please once try with third party plugins confliction check, please deactivate all the third party plugins and check your site after removing the browser cache, If the issue resolve then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating an issue on your site.
OR
Please once also check it with some default WP Theme Like Twenty Twenty to check the issue is with our Theme. If this will not work with default Theme then it means it is not our Theme issue.
