Quantity input on sidecart widget NOT WORKING, and CSS is also NOT WORKING

Hello, I cannot get the sidecart working. the quantity input will not show even if I checked the “Quantity input on shopping cart widget” checkbox.

Also the CSS of the sidecart is not working.
