I have a suggestion and a question.

Have you thought about making a layout so that you can give, for example, a gray background to all pages, but that all containers are separate, e.g. with a white background? I want to get the same effect as in hidden links.

I added some code of this type but it’s a lot of changes and I’m not good at styles.

It would be great if you also did this layout

You can make all the pages content background with any color you wish in the Theme Settings > Styles and colors > Pages background. At the same time, you will have to set the background color for the header and for the footer separately. You do not any code as Footer background is also configured in the Theme Settings > Footer.
