question about licensing

Hi, my site just came back as infected on sucuri, i had just activated my license for woodmart. I have now got the delete the site and reinstall the theme on a newly built site. WOuld this be a problem? Please help?

Hi the solution has not worked, my webhosting company suggested i delete my current wordpress and create a new one from scratch. That would mean reinstalling theme on the new site with the same domain. Would it be a problem to activate the license there again as i already have on the current site?
