my question is : if we design the single product page through a specific product, it will work on only this product ? or all other product will be same?
what is the different if we create the specific design and content on layout?

If you edit the product via the page builder, you can design only the description area, so that the description will be unique to that edited product.

When you use Layouts, you can completely change the design of the product page, without it, you can change only the description.
