Your old banner is a single image, and your banner slider is an image on background. Thus is the nature of the image on the background, you can try to upload smaller images to fix, however, I would recommend you create the Woodmart slider and use the single image inside https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/woodmart-slider/

Ok, but I already read some instructions about wp bakery, rows and cols, but unfortunately, it’s useless :(. Any my action, don’t help to fix this problem, slider still shows very strangely on mobile. But on tablet and PC it’s not a problem.
