Question regarding search on shop page and refund for a accidentaly reneval supp

CureParticipantHello there I have a question regarding a search input for shop page/cataloge.
So we needed to remove the actual search and viewing the direct product page becuase we wanted only a cataloge nothing more but my question is, is it possible to make a search to appear on the image below and just to filter the entered keyword, so to be precise just to filter it not to search it and then lead you to the product page we just want a simple filter like when you select a brand but this time just via search and keywords…
And yeah accidentaly, I wanted to activate my new purchase code so instead of that I renewed my support for another domain which I do not need, is it possible that you refund me that, because I activated the new code on a new domain and accidentaly activated one more on my last domain it’s ipon.radionica.biz

CureParticipantAnd here’s the screenshot of what support reneval I was talking about, the first one did expirea few months ago and we didnt have the intention of reneving. We bought the theme again and activated the product for another customer/theme so the first reneval should be removed because it wasn’t intentional and we do not want the reneval for the domain ipon.radionica.biz to be running as we do not need it.
As its said we activated the support for another domain as we bought the theme recently again…

We are not able to provide you with a refund for the support extension purchase. You can try to contact Envato support for help on this matter. You can see a list of refundable items on this page https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
As we can see, you have already removed the search from your website. As for your second question, there is no option to place the search as per your screenshot. It might be possible with additional code customization only.

Artem TemosKeymasterYou can try to add the search form to your shop page widgets area via Appearance -> Widgets.
Note that you have requested a full refund for the theme. So if we approve it, your license will be reset and you will not be allowed to use our theme at all.
