1- Sorry to hear this. But we have visited your Site and the Filters were loaded perfectly fine. There wasn’t any issue of slow loading. There might be some network issue at your end, try checking it on a better network after clearing browser and server cache.
2- Sorry to say but for the Sidebar “Shop page widget area” and “Shop filters”, there isn’t an option available to make them accordion style. It would require Customization.
Although, for the Shop filters sidebar, there are two options available which you can find under the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Products archive > Shop filters > State > there you can find the two options: Shop filters area always opened & Stop close filters after click.
These are the options that you can try out if you want.
Regarding the Plugin suggestion, right now we haven’t tried any yet in this regard with the Theme so we can’t suggest any but if you want to use a third party Plugin in this regard then you can use any that at your own risk that best meets your requirements and needs. Hope you can understand our limitations in this regard.
3- Regarding the reference Site that you shared, we can’t say that you can exactly make the Site like that. But if you want to get an idea if you can achieve something like that or not, we would suggest you look after the Demos of the WoodMart Theme available which will give you a better idea regarding the Site Design achievable or not.
