Quick Shop on Hover in Desktop and Mobile

When click on image it show variations with add to cart button. How is it possible ?

It is not to do exactly as you show on the sample, however, there is the option to enable quick shop for the variable product that allows chose the variation and add to cart just in the product grid. You can find this option in the Theme Settings > Shop page > “Quick Shop” for variable products
