Quick view on hover not working properly

    Hi Team, thank you for your great support. Can you please look at http://www.thewayofliberty.de?
    I use Xtemos Cat Grid on Homepage. If you select a cat from here, the quick view only works, if there is no subcategory following you need to select. It looks like the script (ist this correct?) will not be loaded.
    If you select category from Xtemos Cat Grid on homepage that shows products directly, the quick view option works.
    This also happens when you select these categories with subcategories from other navigation menus. The wheel keeps spinning and there is no popup with quick view info on products from the selected subcategorie.
    EXEPTION: Will work if you reload page. Will work if categorie from any menu is selected that directly shows the products and has no SUBcategories.
    Environment tested: Firefox, cleared cache. Woodmart core has update, tested on staging and live with 3rd party plugins turned off. Theme latest update.
    As for reference i also use your theme on http://www.angelmaniac24.de. All works fine, no issues.

    I entered the category, then clicked the product, and got to the product page as it should. Please advise what you would like to get instead?

    Hi, thank you. Please follow steps: Clear Browser cache, no cookies set, no history to my page.
    go to home, select from top kategorien “Aromen”, choose “Black Flavors”, select first product quick view in hover button. The quick view wont load. This is categorie with subcategorie. Look at the screenshots 1-4.
    Do not refresh the page to get it working.
    Redo and select from top kategorien “Kapka”. select first Product quick view in hover button. It will load the details. This Categorie has no subcategories and shows products right away. And quick view in hover will work.
    Please help to solve the problem.

    When I visit any other category from the home page, I click quick view and it works.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
    Update these plugins where it is necessary, switch to the parent theme, and check how it works.

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Thank you dear. I followed your instructions. The problem is still there.
    Please check http://www.thewayofliberty again for the quick view problem as described before.
    Please follow the way i proceed to get that error. There must be a problem with the theme.
    Instruction see in my message dated May 12, 2022 at 9:13 am.

    I followed your instructions already before. It does not change the situation ant the problem is still there.
    It looks like we are spinning round and there is no solution. The problem is not update related.
    Please look at problem and solve it. I expect your professional support and solution. It looks like you dont read and follow my answers.
