Read more tag in text block settings – Home page

Hi,

I’m trying to use the read more button within the text block settings on the home page, but it seems that it doesn’t work, the text stays as it is and there is no ‘read more’ button, even tho that the tag is in the text & visual editor

Hello,

The text block is default WPbakery element and our theme doesn’t influence it and the read more tag is the text editor functionality. Please check the functionality by activating some default WordPress theme just to check the issue is with our theme.

If it works with the default WordPress theme then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
