Real slow backend on Insert/Modify products

Dear staff i’ve this problem since the last theme update/patch: when i create a new product or modify it it takes too much time.
with other theme and without plugin (only the necessary) seems there is not the problem. How to fix it?

Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing.
