Recreate style.min.css

Hi,

We are using GIT repo to customize and manage changes in theme files. Given the fact that theme will have updates and we do not want to manually redo same changes in style.min.css file under woodmart directory, could you please let us know the tool and options used to obtain the minified file from style.css?
