Redux Framework Redirect

Installed and Activated WoodMart on a new site and when I click plugins, it takes me to the /wp-admin/tools.php?page=redux-about page. I’ve tried to resetting the permalinks and reinstalling the plugin, but nothing has worked.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
