Is the redux framework plugin still needed for your theme or can I remove it?

Hello,

As soon as you migrate from 3.x to 4.0 version you need to deactivate and delete CMB2 and Redux Framework https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/3-x-4-0-migration-guide/
